My inspiration when teaching is my students. Watching and listening for their cues so I can meet them with the movements, the words and energy that they are seeking.

WHEN NOT LEADING A CLASS AT UNITE, YOU CAN BE FOUND
As an entrepreneur and full time employee I am usual found working but when the opportunity arises for chill I am immediately off to hang with my two best fur friends, enjoy a coffee date with a friend, hit the streets training for an upcoming race or the ultimate trekking up a mountain in search of a beautiful summit.
