Spin is a high-intensity rhythm-based workout done on a specialized stationary bike. The instructor will take you on a journey of races, hills and jogs in our night club atmosphere. Expect a party on the bike, with mood-lighting, incredible beats, simple choreography and an energy you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else!
What to Wear – Close fitting workout tights or shorts and a light-weight athletic shirt. Spin shoes are required and can accommodate a SPD or Look Delta cleat. We supply rental shoes at the studio.
What to Bring – A bottle of water and your best sense of rhythm!
