We are United. Everybody and Every Body is welcome at our studio.

Your Time is Valuable.  We start and finish every class together. If you feel you are unable to complete the duration of the class, we suggest you reschedule to another time.  Late entries are not permitted in respect towards others already engaging in class.

Kindness is Cool.  We respect everyone in the studio.  From the person sweating next to you, to our instructors and front-end staff.   Treat others the way you would like them to treat you.

Be Present.   Please keep cell phones out of the room.   Once the lights dim, cell phones can be distracting.  Take this time to disconnect and focus on YOU.

Let’s UNITE.  We move through class together, however, it is essential that you listen to your body and go at your own pace. Take breaks when you need them and please stay in the room.

POLICIES

BOOKING

UNITE offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. Classes can be booked via our UNITE YQL STUDIO app that is found in the App Store and Google Play, on a desktop via our website, or in person at the desk.  Bookings are rolling and are open 7 days in advance.

CANCELLATIONS

Can’t make class? No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 6 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties.  Cancellations made within the 6-hour window will be deducted 1 class from class credit members and unlimited members will be charged $12 to the credit card on file.  Unlimited members who fail to cancel their spot and no-show their reservation, will be charged $16 to the credit card on file.  All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.

WAITLIST

By adding yourself to the waitlist, you are agreeing that you can attend class, should you get in.   Waitlist spots will be automatically added to class as space opens, up to 1 hour before class time.  If you do get into class, you will be notified via email.  Please be sure to remove yourself off the waitlist if you can no longer attend as once you are added to class, our cancellation policy will apply.  The one hour before class will be a first come first serve basis should a spot open up.  If you do not get into class, you will be removed off the waitlist and credited back should you use class credits.

STANDBY

Please arrive fashionably early. If you have not checked in by 2 minutes to the start of class, your spot will be released to a standby guest and no show penalties will be applied.

HOT CLASSES

Our hot classes are amazingly sweaty.  We highly recommend a mat towel or bath towel to keep you from slipping and to help keep your mat in tip top condition.  We also have complimentary mats for use, but ask that you bring a mat towel or bath towel to help keep our mats in great condition.

LOST + FOUND

Forget your items at the studio?  We keep all found items for two weeks.  Please see the front desk if you forgot an item at the studio.

STUDIO AMENITIES

We have a large front end reception and lounge area with benches for socializing as well as a large retail section for in studio shopping. We are proud to offer quality brands such as lululemon, TIEM slipstream cycling shoes, B MAT, Routine Cream and ToeSox just to name a few.

We offer a full service change room that includes showers, shower towels, shower amenities and other bathroom amenities.

Complimentary spin shoes are available for spin class as well as complimentary mats for barre and restore classes.
