What to Wear  –  Comfortable athletic wear you can move in.  Grip socks are required to prevent injury and help ground your cardio movements.  Available for purchase at the studio, or bring your own.

What to Bring  –  Grip socks, a bottle of water, and a great attitude!  Please bring your own mat if you would like to limit items you share with others.
