We are United. Everybody and Every Body is welcome at our studio.

Your Time is Valuable.  We start and finish every class together. If you feel you are unable to complete the duration of the class, we suggest you reschedule to another time.  Late entries are not permitted in respect towards others already engaging in class.

Kindness is Cool.  We respect everyone in the studio.  From the person sweating next to you, to our instructors and front-end staff.   Treat others the way you would like them to treat you.

Be Present.   Please keep cell phones out of the room.   Once the lights dim, cell phones can be distracting.  Take this time to disconnect and focus on YOU.

Let’s UNITE.  We move through class together, however, it is essential that you listen to your body and go at your own pace. Take breaks when you need them and please stay in the room.

BOOKING

Unite offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. Classes can be booked via our UNITE YQL app that is found in the App Store and Google Play, on a desktop via our website, or in person at the desk up to one week in advance.

CANCELLATIONS

Can’t make class? No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 4 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties.  No shows and classes cancelled within the 4-hour window will be deducted 1 class on class card members and $12 charge for unlimited members.  All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.

5 MINUTE WAITLIST

Please arrive fashionably early. If you have not checked in before 5 minutes to the start of class, your spot will be released to a standby guest and no show penalties will be applied.

PASS EXPIRATION

All class passes expire 1 year after date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

LOST + FOUND

Left your favorite water bottle at the studio? We keep all lost and found items for 2 weeks at which time they are donated to charity. See of front desk staff for current lost and found items.
